“I went to the Olympiad excited to study in person for the first time since the pandemic began and left with more than I could have imagined. To keep it simple, this time gave me clarity. Clarity as a performer, clarity in my path and clarity in my person. Having a safe space to grow and to have the opportunity to fall made me confident enough to fly.”

— Amelia, Dramatic Coloratura Soprano

Welcome to Audition Olympiad! We are so excited to have you join us!

Inspired by Dramatic Soprano Alexandra LoBianco and Tenor Peter Scott Drackley’s voice studios, the goal of Audition Olympiad is to prepare singers for the fall Young Artist Program audition season! Included in our exciting Audition Olympiad are daily lessons with Alexandra and Peter, coaching with a varied and brilliant coaching staff, a recording session to work on how you record professionally, and a mock audition with industry professionals giving feedback, as well as numerous exciting classes on how to put your best foot forward in the opera world, not only in auditions, but in your career as well!

“I loved the Audition Olympiad! Every question I could ever have about auditioning answered in the space of one week by a wide range of working industry professionals, coaches, and artists. And all in the company of some amazing and inspiring young singers! It was a privilege to get to participate!”
